Avebury Adventure
A wonderful day out at Avebury. Eight young ladies climbed aboard the minibus and and headed off on an adventure. Marina the organiser had many energy experiments planned but the weather had other ideas, so we just went around, hugged the stones, feeling the energy within our own bodies.
It was amazing the amount of energy we could 'feel' I believe the stones were healing us all in their own way, as one of the young ladies commented that she had felt like she had been on holiday. Even the driver had had some experiences too with the stones. we all had our own private experiences. personal healings and revelations.
We had taken a rest in St James church, a wonderful welcoming place. we shared a song which was enjoyed by others in the church too. I also was guided to write a poem. Back outside and walking the footpath around the stones a small group of trees drew us under their branches where we got out drums, rattles and voice, singing and playing to the trees and the land.
Heading back to the center of the stone circle, the rain getting heavier it was decided it was time to head back to the bus where homemade cake was waiting for us, and the our journey home. 8 very tired young ladies, but very happy and dare I say 'stoned' not in the herbal way though, but from the energy of the stones and ley-lines... until the next adventure
